QC Flow Control

Incoming material Quality Control (IQC)

Inspection on the raw materials, components, and parts from suppliers before receiving to the warehouse.

In Process Quality Control (IPQC)

They are monitoring the assigned process to ensure defected parts or components will not pass into the next process.

Final Quality control (FQC) 

Inspection on every piece of finished products before proceeding to packing.

Quality Assurance (QA)

The final random inspection on finished products. They apply AQL method to ensure the finished goods are in good condition before sending to our customers.

Machines

Needle Detector Machine — Needle Detector Machine The needle detector machines is used for the purpose of detecting metal chips inside sewing, fabric. It detects needle or metal chips with the help of cycled magnetic sensors. The accuracy level is high.

Friction Machine — Friction MachineThis industrial standard friction machine is used for test color fastness to friction.

Trims Strength test machine — Trims Strength test machineIntrotech attachment strength test for all accessories such as Jean button, Snap etc.

Strength automatic test Machine — Strength automatic test Machine Test zipper slider or other trims attachment strength;

XRF Spectrometer — XRF Spectrometer X-ray fluorescence spectrometers for elemental analysis or trace element analysis used for the purpose of detecting main heavy chemical RLS.
